Neysas Glitz And Glam

1. Introduction
Welcome to Neysas Glitz And Glam! These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Neysas Glitz And Glam, including event planning and catering. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
 

2. Booking and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event date.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
     

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 90 days before the event will receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
     

4. Services and Responsibilities

  • Neysas Glitz And Glam will provide agreed-upon services as outlined in the client’s contract.

  • Any additional services requested after the agreement may result in extra charges.

  • Clients must inform us of any dietary restrictions or special requirements at least 90 days before the event.
     

5. Liability

  • Neysas Glitz And Glam is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

  • Clients assume responsibility for any damages caused to rented or provided equipment.
     

6. Force Majeure

  • Neysas Glitz And Glam shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
     

7. Client Conduct

  • Clients and their guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and property.

  • Neysas Glitz And Glam reserves the right to withdraw services if inappropriate behavior is encountered.
     

8. Intellectual Property

  • Any photos, videos, or promotional materials taken by Neysas Glitz And Glam may be used for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
     

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.
